We want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy for all glasses and Top Frames. If your new look isn't a perfect fit, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for a hassle-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Base Frames and Top Frames in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the box, and drop it off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange order within 7-10 business days.
